- Mix 100 g of Himono Fish by Himono Indonesia.
- Insert 400 g of Udon.
- Insert 400 g of Water.
- Add 4 g of Konbu (Japanese Dry Kelp).
- Add 4 g of Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes).
- Add 1 of tablespoon Japanese Soy Sauce.
- Insert 1 teaspoon of Sugar.
- Add 20 g of Kamaboko (or Fish Ball).
- Mix 20 g of Spring Onion.
- Insert 1 g of Yakinori (Dry Seaweed).
